Some of the topics that are included are: "Composing your mail," "Organizing people using contacts and groups," "Posting your buzz," "Using chat," and "Advanced Gmail." The book is very informative, but it is mostly organized around step-by-step description of the tasks that you can accomplish with Gmail. These get the job done, but they also make the book somewhat tedious to read.
