Divided into two parts--macro and micro dimensions--the editors Gráinne Conole and Martin Oliver have brought together a large collection of very valuable articles by a large list of expert contributors. A high signal strength is maintained throughout this well-referenced and well-indexed text. In the introduction the editors list 98 research questions that alone make this book well worth the money. The different perspectives of the contributors gave me direction.
